St.
Patrick’s Church in Epworth is offering a free delivery and carryout
meal on Friday’s from 11:15am til noon, along with indoor dining.
Delivery service is for those living in Epworth with mobility
restrictions. The carryout meals are offered to everyone in the
Epworth area or deliveries and carry outs contact 563-451-3134.
The
13th annual Outrun the Rays event takes place Saturday, May 20th! The
5k run/walk takes place at the Western Dubuque Peosta Elementary
school. Registration is from 8-8:30am, with the race beginning at
9:15am. A special tribute ceremony will take place just before the walk
/ run. A kids fun run half mile will also take place at
8:45am for ages 9 and under, cost is $15 which includes a t shirt. The
annual bike ride will be later in the day, leaving Darkbird Taphouse at

The City
of Farley welcomes you to their Market In the Park on Saturday, May
20th from 8-noon at the Farley City Park. Many local vendors and
crafters will be on hand, plus farm equipment on display, food,
refreshments, and the Dubuque Co. Dairy Assn. on hand serving up
ice cream floats and sundaes.
The Cascade Area Chamber of
Commerce welcomes you and your family to the 9th annual Wingfest on
Saturday, May 20th from 3-7pm at Cascade Riverview Park. Enjoy
delicious wings and more, plus ice cream, and cold refreshments, and
live music from Luke Thomas. Please no carry ins. Bring your lawn
chairs and enjoy a Saturday afternoon at Riverview Park in Cascade.
The
annual Dyersville Firemens Dance will take place on Saturday, May 20th
at Commercial Club Park in Dyersville. Enjoy music from Beau Timmerman
from 7-9pm, followed by the Ditch Lilies from 9-midnight. There will be
no admission fee, however your donation is greatly appreciated, and
will support the Dyersville volunteer fire department.
The
Epworth Gun Club welcomes you to their all you can eat breakfast on
Sunday, May 21st from 7:30 til noon at the Epworth Gun Club. Everyone
is welcome.
The Greeley Fire Department welcomes you to their
37th annual all you can eat breakfast on Sunday, May 21st serving from
7-noon at the Greeley fire station.
The Farley American Legion
Post 656 will sponsor a Farley community blood drive on Tuesday, May
23rd from 1-6pm at the Farley Memorial Hall. For an appointment,

The Tri County Historical Society in Cascade is open from noon-3pm every second and 4th Sunday of the month.
Bingo takes place every Thursday beginning at 7pm in the St. Francis Xavier church basement in Dyersville. Everyone is welcome.
