Every Tuesday and Thursday come play progressive euchre at the Dyersville Senior Center from 9-11am.  Cost is only a quarter, and prizes are given away.  Also, every Wednesday from 9:30-11am come play bingo at the Dyersville Senior Center.  Cost is 50 cents for a set of four, prizes are given away.

Come play bingo every Thursday at 7pm in the Xavier church basement in Dyersville.  Prizes are given away.

Come play bingo on Monday nights at the Delhi Legion Hall. Bingo starts at 7pm.

The Western Dubuque High School Fine Arts Booster Club welcomes you to their 4th annual Wingfest on Saturday, September 30th beginning at 11am at Farley Park. The day will feature kids games, music, a wing eating contest and more. And of course, the Hawkeye football game on big screen TV's. Admission is free.

Get your foursome lined up for the Brown's Hometown Victory Foundation 4 person best shot golf tournament Saturday, September 30th at Rolling Knolls Golf Course in Dyersville. Cost is $135 per team, which includes cart and green fees. This will be a 1pm shotgun start. To enter a team contact Carrie at 875-7466. Proceeds go towards the Browns' Hometown Victory Foundation, Home of the Reading 4 a Reason program.

The Mechanicsville Volunteer Fire and Ambulance dept. welcomes you to their pancake breakfast on Sunday, October 1st from 7-11:30am at the Mechanicsville fire station.

The Hopkinton Lions Club welcomes you to Hot Rod's and Harley's, northeast Iowa's premier outdoor car, truck, bike and hot rod show, on Sunday, October 1st on Main St. Square in Hopkinton. Vehicle registration will be from 7-11am, with the show hours from 11-4, and awards at 3pm. All makes and models are welcome. The day will also feature music, a huge 50-50 drawing, door prizes and more. Admission is free. Check out their website,

The Anamosa Chamber welcomes you to the annual Anamosa pumpkinfest and Ryan Norlin Giant pumpkin weigh off on Saturday, October 7th in Anamosa. Come see the giant pumpkins on display, along with kids games and activities, the big parade at 2pm, and much more, including the pancake breakfast on Sunday, October 8th.
