St. Patrick’s Church in Epworth is offering a free delivery and carryout meal on Friday’s from 11:15am til noon, along with indoor dining. Delivery service is for those living in Epworth with mobility restrictions. The carryout meals are offered to everyone in the Epworth area or deliveries and carry outs contact 563-451-3134.

The Bernard Rescue Unit welcomes you and your family to their breakfast on Sunday, October 1st serving from 7:30-11:30am at St. Patrick's Garryowen Parish Hall in Bernard.

The Hopkinton Lions' Club welcomes you to the annual Hot Rod's and Harley's event on Sunday, October 1st on Main Street Square in Hopkinton. This is Northeast Iowa's Premier Outdoor car, truck, bike and hot rod show. Vehicle registration takes place from 7-11am, with show hours from 11-4, and awards given out at 3pm sharp. Over 235 custom awards given out. The day will also feature an arts, crafts, and vendor show, plus live music, food, refreshments, and a special display of full sized hot wheel cars, with free hot wheel toy cars to the first 200 kids.
